Product Search in new Buyer App

Description

If you want to edit an item in an active catalog, but you don't want to change the catalog or just want to change the item for now until the next upload, then you can use the Product Search / Enrichment.

Step-by-step guide

Click on CATALOG on the left page of the Buyer App and go to Products

The Product Search screen splits into 4 parts

Catalog Selection (1)
Search for the catalog you want to check the products
Filter Items (2)
You can filter items from the catalog, choose options that interest you and the list will be automatically refreshed with the results. After you are done with filtering you can choose to clear filters one by one or clear all filters at once.

Filter Name	Description
Categories	You can filter the items by selecting which Categories you want to display.
Approval status	You can see the Status how many Items are Approved or Waiting.
Manufacturer	You can filter the items by selecting which Manufacturer you want to display.
Supplier	You can filter the items by selecting which Supplier you want to display.
Price	You can filter the items be selecting Currency and price diffrence that you want to display.
Core assortment	You can filter the items by selecting which Core assortment you want to display.
Catalog	You can filter the items by selecting which Catalog you want to display.

Here you can search for specific products and filter the language.

In the table you will see all the items available in the catalog. You can review items one by one or choose to approve by page or selection. To review single item just click on the item to see more details.
The Table offers a quick look on the items, if you need more details click on the item you want to review. This will open a new window with item details in view mode, there are a couple of tabs available.

You can change the values of the products with this feature in every state of the product (in approval or active). Here you can also enrich Boosting Words, Stop Words and Keywords.

Description

If you want to edit an item in an active catalog, but you don't want to change the catalog or just want to change the item for now until the next upload, then you can use the Product Search / Enrichment.

Step-by-step guide

Click on the tab "Catalogs" and then on "Product Search".

Select the catalog you want to change.
On the following screen you can filter the catalolg to find the item you are searching for. You have the option to use categories, querys, approval stati, prices and more.

If you scroll down, you will find all items to your filters. There you can click on the edit button on the right side.

A popup will open. There you see all information set for this item. If you want to change/add some information you can click on "Edit".

As you can see some fields are now editable.

You can not edit every field.
