Simplifing the supplier onboarding process with BeNeering Support Team
BeNeering makes it easier to send all the necessary information for a new supplier onboarding to their Support Team. Instead of dealing with complicated steps, BeNeering offers a simple solution where you can submit all the required details in one place. This saves time and reduces confusion, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding process for new suppliers.

New functions in Guided Buying
Left facet section for content filtering We are changing the look and feel of displaying left facet section for content filtering. Layout will be adjusted by introducing material design.
Automated RFQ There will be a possibility to configure SAP Purchase Requisition in S/4 so that a price request is automatically created under certain conditions. The suppliers' offers are imported from the cloud back into S/4.
Workflow forward work item We are enhancing our workflow engine by adding the feature of forwarding work item to another employee. This action will be also visible in the approval workflow diagram.
Item hierarchy and services in Purchasing module We are enhancing the basket functionality to support the display of multiple service lines by following the hierarchy between item lines (parent) and service lines (children). This logic will become available in BeNeering standard. Customers using service line items with customer specific implementation will need to adjust their existing logic to follow the new BeNeering standard.
Secure files download on BeNeering Cloud Customers will have secured access to all uploaded files. This means, not authorized person with link will not be able to access or download attachments.
Copy function for Purchase Requisition We are introducing an initial version of the PR copy function. As this function brings customer specific complexity, we are not activating this function by default, but only on customer request, with additional implementation logic if necessary. Topics for attention are price updates, product availability and SAP specific mapping logic.
New Features for Service Procurement
Confirmations document import and export in excel format Users will be able to import and export confirmation documents in excel format. This feature will also support the time-sheet/time-log structure.
Self Service Option for customers to register service catalogs including business partner mapping to SAP We are adding customizing logic business partner, catalog container and SAP vendor mapping in the area of service procurement. This feature shall help to simplify supplier onboarding. It means that customers will be able to create service contract containers for supplier organizations on BeNeering Cloud, providing a reference (mapping) to their suppliers in SAP.
Service Entry Sheet templates and timesheets We introduce a new timesheet functionality and approval workflows for service procurement. This function will allow suppliers to submit their timesheets online that will go for approval by the customer before submitting the timesheet in form of service entry sheets to SAP ERP.

In the future our incident management will be operated via this system status webpage.

Forecast
Goods receipt and Service entry sheet cancellation BeNeering Cloud will offer the possibility to cancel goods receipt and service entry sheet documents by providing a reason for cancellation.
BeNeering Guided Buying material design improvements As of release 2023.2 we are planning to improve the look and feel of Guided Buying application by converting several screens to material design.
