For customers using Amazon Business (Search API) it will be possible to activate a feature which will open a popup on add to basket action, with Amazon suggestions of cheaper options.
For price comparison to work properly you need Amazon Business Search API and items EAN code must be defined in catalog items.

Set document attachment limits
It is possible to set limits of attachment size for different document types. Max size for attachment is 16MB and 50MB per document.

Workflow reset warning message
In case a Purchase Requisition is in approval, any edit will trigger a warning that this action will cause workflow to be restarted.
This feature is still being adopted to customer needs and will be updated in the next version.
Messaging function for Purchase Requisition approval (pilot version)
We are introducing a new messaging function, that will be still improved based on our pilot customers feedback. It will be possible to exchange messages between employees (e.g. requestor, buyer, approver) having access to a specific Purchase Requisition. Feature will be available as a tab on Purchase Requisition detail and approval screen.
Document flow detail
To improve readability on Document flow screen, we introduced a popup, that opens when user clicks on the tile. At the moment this popup is highlighting information regarding a document item. If system configuration supports it, user will be also able to download a document as PDF, this option is available from the context menu.

We have migrated the classification management functionality to the new Buyer-Admin Portal (DC4). This means, from now on buyers can manage Catalog classification schema and mapping in same new portal where catalogs are managed.

When Supplier is creating Service Entry Sheets the system is offering a new check to upload timesheets only only for a single work week.
