PunchOut Onboarding Process

The following steps outline the standard process for onboarding a PunchOut catalog:

  1. Customer Notification:
    The customer informs the supplier in advance that BeNeering Support will contact them regarding the PunchOut onboarding.

  2. Submit Onboarding Request:
    The customer fills out the template below and sends the onboarding request to BeNeering Support using their local email client.

  3. BeNeering Initiates Onboarding:
    BeNeering Support begins the onboarding process by contacting the supplier to request the necessary PunchOut credentials.

  4. Connection to Webshop:
    Once the supplier provides the required credentials, BeNeering connects the BeNeering Cloud to the supplier’s PunchOut webshop.

  5. Completion:
    The onboarding is considered complete once the connection is established successfully and no errors are reported.


How to Start a PunchOut Onboarding

To initiate a PunchOut onboarding, please send a request to support@beneering.com indicating that you would like to begin the process. Include the following details:

  • Onboarding Type: PunchOut

  • Supplier Name:

  • Technical Contact (Supplier):

  • Container Name or Container ID:
