Analytics

We are continuously adding new features to the analytics module. Several reports are created in background and made available for download in the Download Center. The following reports are available in the Download Center:

Customer Billing Report

The customer billing report is showing the system usage on customer root level. This report is including information, how a customer is using the system:

• number of licensed catalogs

• number of buying organizations

• number of supplier organizations and their allocation to the module catalog management, sourcing, ordering

• number of event counters like

  • add to basket

  • RFX created

  • PO created

  • SES created

Catalog specific reporting

• Search Query Report

  • Catalog Version Comparison

  • Mime error report

  • etc.

Catalog specific reports can be generated in the catalog management module. For example, you can generate catalog version comparison reports as well as mime check reports and other reports.
