Clone Sourcing Request [Copy]
The Clone RFP functionality allows users to quickly create a new Request for Proposal (RFP) by duplicating an existing one. This eliminates repetitive setup work, ensuring consistency while saving time.
⚙️ Key Benefits
⏱ Procurement Efficiency: Faster turnaround for repetitive sourcing events. No need to re-enter details; simply copy from an existing RFP.
✅ Consistency – Ensures standard templates, evaluation criteria, and supplier details are carried over.
🖊 Flexibility – Users can edit and update details in the cloned RFP before publishing.
🔒 Error Reduction – Reduces manual errors by reusing already validated RFP structures
🚀 When to Use Clone RFP

Click “Clone” (top right)
Update any necessary details (dates, suppliers, pricing conditions, etc.).

Note : Clone functionalities copies all the details entered in the existing RFP to a new RFP including the supplier and pricing details. However, any attachments in the existing documents will not move to the new document. Please attach files to the new RFP if there is a need.
