Sourcing
The sourcing solution offers own employees and purchasing the possibility to send simplified price requests to suppliers. There are two ways a supplier can post an offer:
E-Mail: When a supplier receives an email with a request, they can click directly on the URL in the email to go to the specific procurement request. This is a quick way to respond to a request, even if it has the disadvantage of restricting access to previous requests.
BeNeering Cloud Portal: Suppliers can log in to the BeNeering Cloud Portal to access orders and submit quotations directly there. This makes it easy to manage all offers and requests.
The system sends price requests to suppliers already registered in the ERP as well as to new and unknown suppliers.
Price requests can be made via the configurable sourcing templates, e.g. for prototypes, services, IT requirements and much more.
After the suppliers have provided offers with prices and attachments, these can be compared in a price matrix. The price matrix also allows the acceptance of an offer in which the offered items are transferred to the basket and can thus be ordered in the ERP system.
