Catalog View

This article covers the settings and options available for Catalog Views. Use this feature to control which products are visible based on classifications, conditions, and minimum order requirements.

Step by Step Instructions :

To start: Go to Views and select New to create a new Catalog View.

Here you can create a new catalog view:

1. Select the organization

2. Select the name for the new view

3. Create a password for the view

Example:

After selecting the information, you need to click “create” button to create the view

In the second Tab you can assigned the catalogs to your new view:

Go to “assign catalog” to assign the catalogs to your view:

You can select multiple catalogs and then click “ok” to connect them,

With the “Edit” function, you can also edit your view:

1. Supplier ID: Edit a Supplier ID for the View

2. Delivery time: Edit the delivery Time entry

3. Delivery time extend: Customize the delivery time extend

Your assigned catalogs will be displayed:

In the last Tab you can edit the Minimum Order. With this function you can choose a Minimum Order Value using a Supplier ID, Price and Currency:

Click on “Add” Button and edit:

1. Supplier: Edit Supplier

2. Price: Edit the Price of the view

3. Currency: Edit the Currency of the view

You also have the option to lock your view by using the 3 dots in the Top right corner:
