Catalog View – Overview and Configuration Options [DC4]
Description
This article explains the available functions and configuration options within a Catalog View.
Catalog Views allow you to control which catalogs and products are visible by applying classifications, product conditions, and minimum order values.
When creating a Catalog View, you can assign multiple catalogs to a single view and further refine the content using filters.
Select Views and go to “New” to create a new catalog View:

Here you can create a new catalog view:

General Tab view
Select the organization
Select the name for the new view
Create a password for the view

After selecting the information, you need to go to the “create” button to create the view
In the second Tab you can assigned the catalogs to your new view:

Go to “assign catalog” to assign the catalogs to your view:

You can select multiple catalogs and then click “ok” to connect them,
With the “Edit” function, you can also edit your view:

Supplier ID: Edit a Supplier ID for the View
Delivery time: Edit the delivery Time entry
Delivery time extend: Customize the delivery time extend
Your assigned catalogs will be displayed:

In the last Tab you can edit the Minimum Order. With this function you can choose a Minimum Order Value using a Supplier ID, Price and Currency:

Click on “Add” Button and edit:

Supplier: Edit Supplier
Price: Edit the Price of the view
Currency: Edit the Currency of the view
You also have the option to lock your view by using the 3 dots in the Top right corner:
