BN(DC4) - Create a Catalog View

Create a Catalog View in MyCatalogCloud.
A Catalog View allows you to control which catalogs and catalog items are visible based on selected organizations, filters, and conditions such as supplier or classification.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Catalog View Creation

1. Go to
   Catalogs → View → New

2. Search Organization

3. Select Organization

4. Enter Name of the Catalog View → Password → Click on Create

5. Assign the catalogs

This article describes how to create a catalog view in mycatalogcloud.

Step-by-step guide

Go to the tab "Catalogs" → "Catalog View Create"

You will prompt with the following screen:

The screen contains the following fields:

1. Select Organization → choose the organization where your catalog view should be created

2. Create new Catalog View → specify a Catalog View Name and a password

3. Select Catalogs → select one ore more catalogs which will be displayed in your view

4. Filter table → filter for classification groups or conditions like supplier name

5. Minimum Order Value → select a minimum order value 

Important Note:

Currently its only possible to add one of the Filters it does not exclude one or another. All params must be fulfilled.

This means In order to built a query with OR statement, you have to choose same parameter. Its not possible to choose
