06. Search queries with no cart activity

This report displays search queries where users did not add any items to the cart. It helps analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion

Create/generate Search queries with no cart activity report

Click on generate tab as shown in the screenshot below

Steps to generate the report

1. Enter a report name, e.g. Noactivity

2. Enter the results limit (numbers, e.g 100, 200, 1000)

3. Select Start date range

4. Select Range type from the drop down (Organisation/ Catalogs /Views)

5. Based on the range type selection, your options will change. If you select catalogs or Views as your range type, you can select multiple catalogs

Once the field values are selected, click on generate

To view / download the generated report, click on Show files
