By placing the attachment at the Header Level, it is no longer tied to just one specific item. Instead, it becomes visible and accessible for the entire document, making it easier for everyone involved in the approval or purchasing process to find.
How to Transfer the Attachement from Message to the Basket - This feature allows you to take files from a conversation and attach them to the Header of your PR, making them visible for the entire document.
Note - The message/conversation must contain at least one attachment.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Purchase Requisition: Navigate to the specific PR you are working on.

Enter Edit Mode: Click the Edit button. You must be in edit mode to make changes to the Basket.

Open the Message Interface: Locate the conversation/message history associated with the PR.

In the Basket, go to the Messages tab and open the relevant message.

View Attachments: Inside the message, click the Attachment icon located in the corner to display all available files.

Click the three-dot menu next to the attachment you want to transfer.

Select Transfer to move the attachment to the PR Header.

After a successful transfer, you will be redirected automatically to the Basket Header/Overview, and the transferred attachment(s) will appear in the Attachment section.
