BeNeering gives you the option to create a new PR out of an existing PO. The existing PO will be linked.
Step-by-step guide

Click on PURCHASING tab and filter for the type Purchase Order

Open the Puchase Order and click on EDIT to move the items and all information out of the PO into the basket
