New functions in Guided Buying
Upgrading BeNeering Search Engine The project to upgrade our search engine is completed. This is improving the speed and scalability of BeNeering Cloud.
Hide Submit button in mini basket With a new configuration, BeNeering can hide the Submit button in the minibasket, so that the user has to see the real basket first (important for accounting, shipping address, etc.).
Search for standard and custom facets The search bar in BeNeering Guided Buying allows you to search not only by content, but also by standard facets (such as SupplierAID, ManufacturerName, etc.) and custom facets (such as GoGreen, etc.).
Layout of MyCart item detail will change The MyCart item detail layout will be organized in rows. This means Organisation ande Delivery Address will not show in 2 columns but as separate rows.
Simple Sourcing module will change to material design As mentioned in previous release notes, the Sourcing module under Guided Buying will change to Material Design.
Comparison function will change to material design The comparison tool will change to Material Design.
Item hierarchy for service items MyCart will be able to display the item hierarchy for service items as defined in SAP backend. MyCart will show these dependencies. This feature must be configured in a separate project.
Public favorites Guided Buying supports public favourites lists for your bookmarks. This allows you to share bookmarks between users and groups.
New functions in BeNeering Cloud Portal
Added French translation We will now support also french UI besides of English and German.
Media library improvements We are adding some corrections to the Media Library on BeNeering Cloud Portal, where users (including suppliers) can manage their MIME files.
Mail template editor Admin users can maintain EMAIL templates themselves. For now there is a restriction that only Email templates for the catalog function can be maintained.
Notification bell in BeNeering Cloud Portal There will be a new notification bell in the Supplier Portal to inform suppliers about system changes delivered with this release.
Dynamic Cloud Forms will receive a Related Products component You will be able to add Related Products to your Dynamic Cloud Forms (DCF).
New functions in Purchasing
Goods receipt and Service entry sheet cancellation BeNeering Cloud will offer the possibility to cancel goods receipt and service entry sheet documents by providing a reason for cancellation.
