Shop on behalf

This functionality allows you to create Purchase Requisitions as another user from your organization. List of users is specified in your system.

After Purchase Requisition was submitted it will be visible on the List of Purchasing Documents in the name of a person you were creating it for. 

When you Select Shop on behalf you can then search for an specific employee:

Then you can select the employee you want to choose:

After picking the employee, you will see name of the person next to the user icon in top menu (1). To stop this process, click on "Exit shop on behalf" (2).
