FreeText Item Details

The FreeText Article Details tab contains all relevant information for a FreeText item in a single, unified view.

• Description
  A detailed description of the FreeText item.

• Item Category
  The category to which the item belongs.

• Material Group
  Specifies the material group for the FreeText item.

• Expected Delivery Date
  The anticipated delivery date for the item.

• Price
  The price of the FreeText item.

• Order Unit
  The unit of measure for ordering the item (e.g., pieces, kilograms).

• Quantity
  The number of units of the item to be ordered.

• Supplier Selection
  Indicates the selected supplier for this FreeText item.

• Supplier
  The supplier providing the item.

Organization Data (at the bottom)

At the bottom of the FreeText Article Details tab, you'll find the following Organization Data:

• Company Code
  The company code associated with the item.

• Purchasing Organization
  The purchasing organization responsible for the item.

• Purchasing Group
  The purchasing group associated with the item.

• Plant
  The plant where the item is to be delivered.

• Delivery Address
  The address to which the item will be delivered.

• Accounting Information
  The accounting details associated with the item.

• Attachments
  Any relevant attachments or documents related to the item.

• Notes
  Any additional notes related to the item.
